Wyoming woman charged with theft from business in Harrington

A Wyoming woman has been arrested on theft and forgery charges in Harrington after police say she stole from a local business.

According to the Harrington Police Department, 35-year-old April Iverson was arrested on Tuesday after police launched a theft investigation at a business on Clukey Drive in Harrington.

During the course of the investigation, police say Iverson wrote checks to herself from the business account and made credit and debit card purchases without permission.

The transactions were done on multiple occasions in October and November without permission, according to police.

Iverson turned herself in and was charged with charged with Theft over $1,500, Theft under $1,500, Forgery Second Degree and three counts of Unlawful Use of a Payment Card under $1,500. She was arraigned and released on $3,500 unsecured bond.
