A Wyoming man has been arrested after he struck a pedestrian on the sidewalk on Front Street and left the scene. Husfelt struck a landscape timber – and while still driving on the sidewalk struck a 78 year old man from Wyoming. The victim was taken to Bayhealth Kent General Hospital where he died from his injuries. Husfelt was arrested at his home – the car under a car cover. He’s charged with manslaughter, driving under the influence of drugs and multiple other offenses. He’s being held at SCI in default of a cash only bond.
