Wootten Road & Trussum Pond Spillway to Reopen Saturday Evening

DelDOT will complete work on the Trussum Pond Spillway Saturday evening around 6pm. The work was supposed to be completed a month ago, but weather extended the work on the project. Contractors have replaced the spillway and training walls. They also placed scour protection to prevent further erosion. The portion of Wootten Road that was closed during the project will also be reopened.
