UPDATED: Woodland Ferry to Reopen Friday Morning

UPDATED – 11/23/23 – DelDOT officials say the Woodland Ferry passed its US Coast Guard inspection earlier this week. It is closed for Thanksgiving but will reopen with normal hours on Friday.

Closure of the Woodland Ferry – for annual US Coast Guard inspection. The Delaware Department of Transportation announces the Woodland Ferry will be closed on Monday, November 20th through the morning of Wednesday, November 22nd for its annual inspection.
The Ferry is planned to reopen at 12:00pm on Wednesday, November 22nd.
