County residents turned out on the Circle in Georgetown to protest uncontrolled development and out-of-control growth in Sussex County. As the County Council meeting was getting ready to begin – many moved inside the Council chambers and took advantage of the public comment portion of the meeting to voice their comments to the Council in person
