Monday was another beautiful day to be on the water and those who went out for sea bass found success.

Amanda at Lewes Harbour Marina said the Katydid with Captain Brent had a boat limit of black sea bass for the Monday group and was in early. Captain Mark on the Savanna Lynn also did very well on the sea bass.

At Old Inlet Bait and Tackle they saw photos of two 28-inch trout caught by the same angler. One was caught on Saturday night and one on Sunday night. Both from the South Jetty on swimshads. Another angler reported catching several kings at Three Rs Road on Fish Bites. He said they were good-sized fish.

Lighthouse View Tackle on Cape Henlopen State Park reported five flounder between 17 and 19 inches caught on Monday with Gulp! the best bait.

At Hook 鈥榚m and Cook 鈥渆m the report was the Captain Ike brought in a boat limit of sea bass on Monday.

Rick鈥檚 told us that Tom Goodmand had a 17-inch flounder on a Gulp! minnow out of Indian River Bay.
