WGMD Fishing Report 11-5-21
Friday saw small craft advisories up and on Saturday the wind will be northeast at 15 to 20 knots and seas will run three to six feet. Sunday will see winds out of the northeast at 20 to 25 knots with gusts to 30 and seas will be four to seven feet with rain in the afternoon.
I almost went fishing on Friday morning, but when I woke up at 6:30 AM and checked my weather station the temperature was 39 degrees and the wind was out of the north, I decided I was not quite ready for winter.
I did get one report from the surf from a guy who fished there from the first to the fourth of November. He said he had a constant run of six to ten-inch blues on cut bait.
Rick鈥檚 Bait and Tackle reported that Jesse Kegley fished the Del-Jersey-Land Reef with Gulp! to catch a 9.2-pound flounder.
Amanda at Lewes Harbour Marina said Colin Boteler caught a 6.4-pound tog at the Outer Wall, but he was not in the tournament.
