Tuesday saw a new leader in the Lewes Harbour Marina Tog Tournament.  Chris Ragni, Jr. broke the five-pound mark with a 5.37-pound tog to take first place.  He fished on his boat, Full Send.  The Pirate King tried the tog fishing finding lots of shorts, but only one keeper.

Clark at Old Inlet Bait and Tackle said it’s the same old, same old.  Blues to 16 inches from the inlet and the beach with lots of small tog at the inlet with the occasional keeper.

Lauren at Hook ‘em and Cook ‘em said she had not seen a single fish all day.  With small craft advisories already up for Wednesday its not likely she will see any today.

When last we spoke to Jerry Taylor at Taylored Tackle in Seaford he was waiting for the water in the Nanticoke River and Broad Creek to drop and turn on the blue cats.  There are some big blue cats in these waterways and Jerry said the best bait is something you caught such as sunfish.  Fresh bunker would also work.

This is Eric Burnley with your WGMD Fishing Report.
