WGMD Fishing Report 10-17-19
If anyone was outside on Wednesday, they love fishing a whole lot more than me. We had high winds and heavy rain for most of the day with even stronger winds on tap for Thursday. It will still be rough on Friday, but the weekend looks good from here.
We told you about the Lewes Harbour Marina Tog Tournament a few days ago and now we will tell you about their Striped Bass Tournament.
This contest runs from November 23 to December 22 and as with the Tog Tournament, it is an all cash event. Entry fees will be $5.00 for one day, payable before you fish, or $30 for the entire tournament and fish as many days as you wish. All entries must be paid in cash at Lewes Harbour Marina. All fish must be weighed at Lewes Harbour Marina.
Prize money will be awarded in cash depending on the number of entries. First Place will receive 50%, Second Place will receive 30% and Third Place will receive 20% on the total entry fees.
