Action on the Wil King Station application by the Sussex County Planning and Zoning Commission on August 10th was deferred after the Commission’s attorney, Vince Robertson, told them that testimony giving during the public hearing in July gave rise to a potential recusal by his firm (Parkowski, Guerke & Swayze) in assisting P&Z on this issue. He reached out to Moore & Rutt, the County Council attorney, who will now handle this item. Because of scheduling Moore & Rutt was not able to attend the meeting on August 10th – so 2022-18 Wil King Station was deferred – and will be revisited this Thursday at 3pm.

Will King Station is a standard cluster subdivision application to divide 29.10 acres into 58 single family lots. Property is on the west side of Wil King Road west of Lewes.
