Vehicle Fire in Salisbury Caused by Engine Failure

Accidental, engine components failure led to a vehicle fire on Poplar Hill Avenue, Salisbury. According to the Office of the State Fire Marshal, the blaze which started in the engine compartment of the 2002 Ford F-150, occurred just before 11 pm last night. No deaths or injuries resulted from the fire. The estimated damage to the car structure is $3500. The loss of vehicle contents is about $1,000.
