Two men shot outside home in Dover

Dover Police are investigating a shooting that left two men injured.

The incident occurred shortly before 3 a.m., Monday as the victims were approached by five or six unknown male suspects while they were on the porch of a home in the 100 Block of South New Street.

The men fired multiple times at the victims, striking each of them in the legs. The suspects then fled on foot towards South Queen Street.

Both victims were treated at Kent General Hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
