Two Jet Skiers Rescued After Search

Marine units from Indian River, Millsboro and Dagsboro along with the Delaware State Police helicopter and Coast Guard were called just before midnight when two jet skiers were overdue after launching from the Gull Point Marina earlier in the day.  The last anyone heard from them was around 5:30 to 6:30 – and pings of the cell phone placed them in the Vines Creek area.  Aviation located the jet skiers under tow near Point View Road – one jet ski was disabled and was being towed by the other.  DNREC Marine Police helped with the tow and returning the jet skiers to the Gull Point Marina.
