Two people were injured after a crash on the Route 50 Bypass in the area of Naylor Mill Road west of Salisbury.  Maryland State Police say just before 2am police received a report of a vehicle traveling the wrong way – and then of a collision.  Police say 75 year old David Geist of Reading, PA was traveling eastbound in the westbound lanes and struck a Chevy Trax driven by a 21 year old from Ocean City.  Geist’s vehicle also struck a truck pulling double trailers and then struck a guardrail.  The Trax also struck the second trailer of the double trailers.  Geist and the Ocean City woman were taken to PRMC in Salisbury.  The driver of the truck received minor injuries.  The roadway was closed for about 5 hours for investigation and clean-up.
