Two Charged with Drug Offenses after Dover Traffic Stop

Two Dover women have been arrested on drug charges after a traffic stop in Dover. Dover Police smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle and after a search, seized 5 baggies of heroin, drug paraphernalia, a glass mason jar with 68 grams of marijuana and $864 in drug proceeds. Both 22 year old Ciara Footman and 24 year old Jasmine Powell face drug charges – and are free on bond.
