Two Arrested During Warrant Service

Delaware State Police along with Probation and Parole Officers went to a home on Harmon Drive near Milton to arrest 30 year old Marissa Mess of Millsboro, who was wanted by Newark Police on outstanding warrants.  Mess’s mother told police she was not there, however a second probationer – 37 year old Lenear Kellam of Millsboro, a level 3 probationer, also used the same address and crashed through a glass door – running off on foot.  He was tasered by an officer and arrested – and found in possession of 6 baggies of heroin and over 4 grams of marijuana.  He was treated for injuries from the window.  Marissa Mess was found hiding in a bedroom closet.  Both face a variety of charges and are being held on cash only bonds.
