Georgetown Police have arrested two people who tried to rob several people Thursday on North Race Street.  Police say 50 year old Michelle Spicer of Georgetown was in a vehicle and showed a badge to victims in a car next to them.  The victim stopped in front of a business as Spicer again showed a badge and identified herself as police and immigration.  She asked the victim for identification and tried to grab the victim’s wallet – then Spicer pulled a gun.  The victims began screaming and the suspect dropped the wallet and gun and left in a vehicle driven by a male suspect, identified as 58 year old Harold Warrington of Georgetown.  Spicer and Warrington are charged with 1st degree robbery, criminal impersonation of a police officer and other offenses.
