Traffic Stop by Ellendale PD Leads to Fugitive Arrest

A traffic stop by Ellendale Police Saturday night led to the arrest of a wanted Seaford man. Police stopped 35 year old Kendy Despinasse of Seaford and found he was wanted in both Kent and Sussex Counties – and by the State of Maryland. Ellendale Police have charged Despinasse for a traffic violations and DUI. He’s being held at SCI pending extradition back to Maryland
