UPDATED: Dagsboro Voters Elect Bill Chandler & John Marvel to Town Council
UPDATED – 12/09/24 – Dagsboro voters opted for a change on the Town Council. Voters on Saturday re-elected Bill Chandler with 83 votes and John Marvel received 47 votes. Incumbent Norwood Truitt received 42 votes. Bill Chandler and John Marvel will be sworn in at the December 16th Council meeting.

Incumbents William Chandler, III and Norwood Truitt are challenged by John Marvel. Each seat is a two-year term. Polls are open at the Dagsboro Fire Department on Clayton Street from 1 to 5pm

ORIGINAL STORY – 11/15/24 – There will be an election in Dagsboro on December 7th. Three candidates have filed by the deadline Friday, November 16 for two open seats on the Town Council ā incumbents William Chandler, III and Norwood Truitt and challenger John Marvel. Each term is for two years.
The election is Saturday, December 7th from 1 to 5pm at the Dagsboro Fire Department on Clayton Street.
