Third Democrat Announces for DE’s Seat in US Congress

UPDATED – 6:30pm: Another Delaware Democrat has launched his run for Congress. Eugene Young made his official announcement Monday night at the Delaware Contemporary. Young is currently the Director of the Delaware State Housing Authority. Young is the third Democrat to toss his hat into the race
State Treasurer Colleen Davis and State Senator Sarah McBride have also announced their intent to run for the US Congressional seat.
