Teenager in Magnolia arrested on weapons charges

Delaware State Police arresting a teenager in Magnolia on multiple weapons charges. On Saturday, State Police were dispatched to McKinley Circle in Magnolia after reports came in about a man with a handgun. As they got to the neighborhood, troopers saw 15-year old Davion Scott of Dover abruptly walk away from the patrol untuck a gun from his waistband, and throw it under a parked car. Police arrested Scott and recovered a loaded black handgun with its serial number filed off. Scott received multiple weapons charges, and was released into his father’s custody on $32,000 unsecured bond.
