Talk of Delmarva Fishing Report 10-19-23
If you didn’t go fishing on Thursday you won’t be going again until sometime next week. Even Captain Brent on the Katydid has cancelled his charters so you know the weather is going to be bad.
Lewes Harbour Marina reported that the only boat that left their dock was the Katydid and she came back with 70 sea bass and 5 tog.
Breakwater Tackle on the fishing pier at Cape Henlopen State Park said very few people fished the pier on Thursday. Those few folks caught a couple of small flounder and tog.
At Old Inlet Bait and Tackle the report has not changed. Tog and sheepshead out of Indian River Inlet on sand fleas and green crab. I saw one photo on Facebook showing a gentleman with four keeper tog that he caught from the north side of the inlet two days ago.
Hook ‘em and Cook ‘em said quite a few wahoo were caught on Wednesday.
