Talk of Delmarva Fishing Report 09/03/24
Monday was a cloudy day with small craft advisories up on the ocean and bay. This weather pattern is forecast to remain in place for the rest of the week. I am sure it will have a negative affect on the work at the northside of Indian River Inlet.
When I called Burt Adams to cancel Mike Pizzolato and my reservation on the Captain Bob for Tuesday, he said neither of his boats were running on Monday and from the look of the forecast, they probably won’t run for the rest of the week. A call later on Tuesday revealed the Bottom Live did bring in 10 dolphin for the day.
Old Inlet Bait and Tackle now has fresh mullet and they think that is what Chad and Kathy Bayless used on Sunday to catch 9 flounder of which two were keepers measuring 18.95 and 19.3 inches. They also had a king that measured 11.75 inches from the northside surf.
