Maryland State Police are investigating a crash that resulted in the death of a Berlin man.  A driver notified police after he passed a pickup in a ditch on Old Ocean City Road west of Richardson Road near Willards.  Police say 36 year old William Hathaway of Berlin contacted his wife after the crash and…
