A Georgetown man has been sentenced to 6 years in prison after he took upskirt pictures in the Georgetown Dollar Tree store.  Officials say that in September of last year, a customer notified the manager that 75 year old Charles Duffy was taking pictures up a woman’s skirt while she was shopping.   Duffy pleaded guilty…
