UPDATED – 2/3/18 6pm – Frankford voters have elected both incumbents and Velicia Melson to serve on the town council.  Incumbents “Skip” Ash received 39 votes, Incumbent Pamela Davis and Melson each received 36 votes.  They were the top 3 vote-getters.  Dawn Marvel-Beck got 9 votes.  Ash, Davis and Melson will be sworn in to…
