UPDATE 05-07-24: Delaware State Police have identified 38-year-old聽Vicky Williams聽and 43-year-old聽Evan Cablayan, both of Magnolia, Delaware, as the victims that were killed in a suspected murder-suicide聽on April 29th in Magnolia.
