UPDATED 8/31/19 6am – Thanks to tips from the community, a Bethesda, Maryland man has been arrested by Rehoboth Beach Police for taking sunglasses from Shades on Rehoboth Avenue.  Police were able to identify the suspect as 26 year old Anthony Cauterucci – he is charged with shoplifting and was released on his own recognizance.…
