A Selbyville man has been arrested after leading Delaware State Police on a chase early this morning.  Just after 2am, Troopers spotted a Trailblazer speeding on Route 54 in the area of the Treasure Beach Campground, but when the trooper tried to stop the vehicle he was lead on a 9-minute chase.  The chase ended…
