A traffic stop by Delaware State Police near Smyrna led to the arrest of a Dover man on weapons charges.  Police spotted two vehicles speeding on Route 1.  Both vehicles were stopped and a computer check on the driver of one vehicle, 23 year old Quajan Daniels of Dover showed three outstanding warrants.
