A Harrington man has been arrested after on he overdosed.  Harrington Police say EMS and police responded to a report of an overdose on Fleming Street.  Police found 58 year old Charles Reynolds unresponsive.  Narcan was administered and Reynolds regained consciousness and was taken to a local hospital.  Police learned that when Reynolds OD’d he…
