A crash Saturday night just before 10 led to the arrest of a Milford woman.  Delaware State Police found a vehicle overturned near Shawnee Road and Harvest Lane in Greenwood.  When troopers contacted the driver, 53 year old Patricia Prettyman, they smelled alcohol.  A computer check showed Prettyman had four previous DUI convictions.  Two passengers…
