Millsboro Police have arrested a Rehoboth Beach man after an investigation into sexual assaults that date back to 2016. Police have charged Ryan Riley with: Riley is being held at SCI in default of a $100,000 cash bail. Police ask anyone with information on this case to contact Lt Moyer at 302-934-8174.
