Maryland Flags Ordered to Half Staff for Senate President Emeritus, Mike Miller
Governor Larry Hogan has ordered the Maryland State Flag be lowered to half-staff effective immediately and returned to full-staff at sunset on the day of interment (not yet known). This action is in honor of Maryland Senate President Emeritus Thomas V. Mike Miller, who died today, Friday, January 15, 2021.  Senate President Emeritus Miller represented Legislative District 27.
