On Thursday Maryland US Senator Steny Hoyer announced that he would be stepping back and not run for an elected leadership position in the 118th Congress. Hoyer does plan to continue his service to Maryland’s Fifth Congressional District in Congress and to return to the Appropriations Committee as a member. Hoyer sent the following letter…
