After a week off, the Sussex County Council meets this week in Georgetown.  The council will hear a presentation from Mark Isaacs on the Carvel Research and Education Center.  They will have a public interview with Bruce Mears – the nominee for the Planning & Zoning Commission.  There will be a public hearing at 10:15am…
