A Laurel man faces charges of making straw purchases of firearms for others. According to Delaware State Police, an investigation began in March that also involved the Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms Task Force, Wilmington and Dover Police and Delaware Alcohol and Tobacco Enforcement.
