Delaware State Police are looking for a 15 year old from Felton who is wanted for assault and weapons offenses.  Police say Friday evening Isaiah Blakey assaulted his girlfriend and broke her cell phone.  Blakey’s brother tried to break up the fight and then struggled with his brother as well.  Both victims received minor injuries. …
