A Delaware man is starting 2018 with a little more money in his pocket.  Delaware Lottery officials say the purchased 6 tickets from Concord Liquor in Seaford – and one of them turned out to be a $250,000 Cash Instant Game winner!  The winner says he doesn’t plan to share the news with anyone but…
