Worcester County Emergency Services (WCES) is collecting donations of unopened personal protective equipment (PPE). PPE needs include but are not limited to N-95 masks, surgical masks, powered air purifying respirators (PAPRs), impermeable gowns, medical gloves, hand sanitizer, eye protection, flip-down grinding/splash shields, and cleaning supplies/disinfectants. 鈥淒onated PPEs are welcome at this time and will be distributed…

Ocean City Police Investigating a Death at 53rd Street

Just before 6 this morning, Ocean City Police and Emergency Services were called to 53rd Street for an unconscious person. They found a patient who was dead. The investigation is continuing, but police believe the patient fell from a height. Police are not releasing the name pending notification of the patient’s next of kin.
