Spring has sprung – and drivers are seeing no relief at the gas pumps as prices have increased by 5 cents since last week in Delaware.  The national average is up 2 cents from a week ago to $2.83.  In Delaware the price at the pump increased from $2.58 last week to $2.63 today.  AAA…
