During this year’s Maryland State’s Attorney’s Conference in Ocean City, Worcester County was honored for having the highest DUI conviction rate in Maryland.  The statewide average of DUI convictions is 78% – Worcester County has received a 91.1% conviction rate.  The county has won this award five times in the past 6 years.
