Maryland Flags Ordered to Half-Staff in Honor of Bob Culver

Governor Larry Hogan聽ordered the Maryland State Flag be lowered to half-staff effective聽immediately and returned to full-staff at sunset on the day of interment (not yet known). This is in honor of聽Bob Culver, County Executive for Wicomico County, who passed away on Sunday, July 26, 2020
