David Anderson has kicked off his campaign for the 31st District House seat currently held by Sean Lynn.  Anderson, who is a Republican, is a Dover City Councilman and a decorated Operation Enduring Freedom war veteran.  Anderson will face a primary election with Jean Dowding in September.
