Delaware State Police are trying to identify the suspects who cut the lock off a storage trailer in the parking lot of Creative Concepts on Route 113 in Frankford.  The incident occurred Tuesday night just after 11.  Police say a large quantity of tools was taken.  If you have information – contact Crime Stoppers.
