A woman suffering from chest pains was medevaced by the US Coast Guard from about 47 miles off the Ocean City Coast. An emergency call was received around 7am – the woman was aboard a charter fishing boat. She was hoisted to a rescue helicopter and flown PRMC in Salisbury.
