Two Lewes City Council seats were up for grabs in Saturday’s election.  Newcomers Carolyn Jones and Khalil Saliba were the top vote-getters.  Election officials say 56% of the city’s registered voters turned out – 878 votes were cast – including 204 absentee ballots.  Jones won 583 votes and Saliba received 538.  Incumbent Rob Morgan got…
