Serious accidents involving bicycles at the Delaware shore are down this summer and officials would like to keep it that way. The DelDOT Bicycle Program, Delaware Bicycle Council and the Sussex Cyclists have teamed up to help bicyclists with minor repairs and get them helmets and lights.
