Video courtesy of Fish in OC A dead and decomposing whale has become stranded on a sandbar in Ocean City’s back bay. Fish in OC’s Scott Lenox says the whale is stuck in just a few inches of water in the area off Harbour Island and Purnell Island.   No additional information is available.
