BVSPCA Rescuing 75 Dogs & Cats from Kentucky & Bringing to DE for Adoption
The Brandywine Valley SPCA (BVSPCA) deployed its rescue bus and staff members yesterday morning to assist in Kentucky following the weekend鈥檚 devastating tornadoes.
